Moshe Manoah is a founding member of Crown Holdings Group. He began his career more than 30 years ago as a founding member and general contractor of NRI Construction, Inc. During that time he was involved in renovating over 200,000 apartment units nationwide and was responsible for all business development at NRI. He successfully brought the company to over $250 million in revenue in a short period of time, through the performance management ideas he continues to apply today.

Mr. Manoah is involved in new construction of over 3,000 new multi-family apartments, building and developing over 200 homes, and over 450,000 SF of retail shopping centers.  These endeavors have allowed Mr. Manoah to gain a broad range of knowledge in development experiences and in management.

Mr. Manoah joined forces with Blair Schlossberg to start Crown Holdings Group. Capitalizing on Mr. Manoah’s real estate and construction background, as well as transaction and financing abilities, Mr. Schlossberg and Mr. Manoah together have completed over $1 billion in real estate transactions. These transactions in residential land development, multifamily and retail commercial projects vary in location between Georgia, Florida, North and South Carolina, Alabama and Tennessee.

Mr. Manoah was born in Tel Aviv, Israel and moved to the United States in 1980. He is fluent in both Hebrew, Spanish and English.
